However, please keep in mind that without knowing who submitted the feedback, it's hard for us to ask questions or follow up. This can limit the opportunity for dialogue and improvement.
A whistleblowing disclosure under the Aged Care Act 2024 (Cth) is available if you have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the Act, such as denying residents their legal rights under the Act, falsifying care records or assessments or fraudulent use of government subsidies or aged care funding. Selecting Yes means your concern will be treated as a whistleblower disclosure under the Act. This is a more formal process that may take longer to resolve.
